Cassandra began her studies on holistic healing while finding herself on her own path to recovery. She believes in the importance of honoring and nourishing one’s own mind, body, and spirit and fascinated with the body’s uniquely designed innate abilities to heal. With a passion for learning and a strong desire to help others she obtained her Massage Therapy License in CT and is currently pursuing her masters in Reiki, certification in cupping, as well as in depth studies into the fascinating Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques of Erik Dalton, PhD. Striving to assist others in relieving their pain, reducing their stress, and helping to promote relaxation each session is uniquely designed to incorporate Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and/or energy work with various techniques.
