Preparing for Your First Appointment
As soon as you schedule your first visit, we’ll email you a link where you can fill out your intake forms electronically. We’re a totally paperless office. Turning in your forms in advance gives us all the information we need to verify your insurance benefits and have an idea of your condition, demographics, and history, so we can get started with care right away.
This first visit should take about 30-45 minutes. Since we take care of all the administrative details before you arrive, you’ll head straight to the exam room to sit down with one of our chiropractors for a comprehensive health history and orthopedic testing. We only do imaging if necessary. Since we offer digital X-rays in house, we’ll be able to look at your results immediately and move forward with care.
Most patients receive their first adjustment that same day, followed by ice, moist heat, or muscle stimulation.
At your next visit, we’ll go over your report of findings so you understand what’s wrong, how we can fix it, how long it will take, and what it will cost. We accept most insurances and take care of billing for you.
Once you understand your plan of care, we’ll provide your next adjustment and therapy. This visit should last half an hour.
Regular Appointments
Typical visits take 15 minutes. This gives us enough time to start with a quick massage, provide a detailed and customized adjustment, and wrap up with ice and muscle stim therapy.
We pride ourselves on having a short wait time and getting you into the exam room right away. Our patients are as busy as we are, so we’re always respectful of your time.
