Cyndi wears many hats as a mom of 2 boys, a grade 4 teacher, a RYT 200, a reiki practitioner and a health and life coach! She began her cryotherapy journey as a client of Glastonbury Cryotherapy and fell in love after her first session! Now, as a technician, Cyndi sees the incredible benefits of this therapy: improved sleep, increased energy, and an overall improvement in seasonal allergies. She is excited to help support you in your wellness goals.
