Kristy was born and raised in Connecticut. She lives in Lebanon with her husband, two children and boxer dog. She has a strong background (spanning 20+ years) in sales, marketing and administration. Kristy believes in a holistic approach to mind & body health and continues to build upon this life style with her family. She enjoys spending time with family & friends, hiking, kayaking, cooking, and reading.
